Naistenlahti Power Plant
| Tampereen energiantuotanto (2007) VALOA design, a architectural lighting design office from Tampere, designed a new night time appearance for Naistenlahti Power Plant. This large building in the vicinity of downtown Tampere, a recreational area, and the lakeside offers ideal opportunities for dynamic lighting design. Programmable and changeable lighting with varied appearances creates a positive and dynamic message for the site, the building’s architecture, and the owner – the energy company – for the millions of people who pass the site each year during the long northern nights. Obelux has delivered toe this project the 30 x 27 pixels LED-matrix which can be controlled by ObCon CA control software. ObCon controls also other luminaires thru DXM.
